You are responsible for:

Maintaining confidentiality of your account

All activity under your account

Providing accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abuse, misuse, or violation of these terms.

3.1 Subscription Plans

VidStrategy offers free and paid subscription plans.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

3.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant-of-record provider. Creem may charge applicable taxes based on your location.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or copy the platform

Use the service for illegal purposes

Attempt to disrupt or abuse the system, or use automated scraping beyond intended usage

All content, software, and materials provided by VidStrategy are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

VidStrategy provides analytical insights based on publicly available data.

We make no guarantees regarding:

YouTube algorithm outcomes

Revenue generation

Content performance

Use the service at your own risk.
